Refund Policy

At The University of Unlearning, we stand by the quality of our content and creations. But we also know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here's what you need to know about refunds, replacements, and how we handle those rare “meh” moments.
Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital content (once it's downloaded, it's yours), all sales of digital products are final.
That said, if you:
- Accidentally purchased the wrong product
- Didn’t receive access to your download
- Encounter technical issues we can verify
...please reach out within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
We may offer a replacement file, extended access, or (in rare cases) a refund at our discretion.
Print-on-Demand Products (Mugs, Stickers, etc.)
Our physical products are custom-printed and fulfilled by third-party services like Printify. Because each item is made just for you, we cannot offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preferences.
But if your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Misprinted
- Incorrect
- Never delivered (and tracking shows no movement)
…then we’ve got you.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (or when it should have arrived) and include:
- A brief description of the issue
- Your order number
- A photo of the item (if applicable)
We’ll work with our print partner to get you a free replacement or a refund.
What’s Not Refundable
We can’t offer refunds or replacements for:
- Change of mind
- Choosing the wrong size/style without checking the product description
- Orders with incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Downloaded digital products (unless a tech issue is confirmed)
